Ah, the last most important game of the season. At least until the next one, anyway.
How important is this one? Well, if the Sox win they'll be 3 games up on Detroit with 16 games left to play. Which means even if the Sox were only able to go 8-8 over those final 16 games Detroit would have to go 12-4 to take sole possession of first place.
