The White Sox offense couldn't hit to save its life, and Chris Sale ran into a lot of trouble after looking really good out of the gate. Other than that, there's really not all that much to say.
I mean, I hope Chris Sale left the game after only 4 innings and 75 pitches because Robin decided there was no point to keep sending him out there with Sunday's matchup against Verlander and Detroit looming.
Other than that, though, I can't help do anything but laugh to myself about all the "sky is falling" that I saw in my Twitter mentions column during this game.
It never ceases to amaze me how quickly some Sox fans can change gears. Two days ago this team was in the midst of a six-game win streak and everything in the world was wonderful. Then they lose two games in a row -- to a team with the same exact record mind you -- and suddenly they're never going to win again.
I don't know how some of you get through the entire 162.
