They Play Baseball In October? - Walk Off Grand Slams

Every day during the MLB postseason, NotHawk will "recap" the games that took place the day before. Just so you don't have to watch, because he's charitable like that.

Now THAT is how you end a playoff game. The Rangers had the bases loaded with no outs in the 9th and the game tied 3-3 and weren't able to score. A few innings later the Rangers had the bases loaded with no outs again, but then Nelson Cruz hit the shit out of a baseball, and we had the first walk off grand slam in postseason history.

Texas leads the series 2-0

Albert Pujols homered in the first inning, then doubled his next time up and then doubled after that. Ron Roenicke's solution to this was "DURR, LET'S KEEP PITCHING TO HIM." Then the Cardinals won the game 12-3.

Series tied 1-1
